Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for used candles or change of mind purchases.
That said, we stand proudly behind the quality of every candle we pour.
If you believe there is an issue with your product—such as damage during transit or a manufacturing fault—please get in touch with us at info@candlesbythequay.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
